Official Photos

Official Photos Onsite 2 to 5 People Official Photography 2 hours

Official Photos are available for

In 2024, now bring our photo studio to your base, your unit and office. If you are in need of just a few official photos or for your entire unit, book your appointment according to the total number of people and we will bring our entire studio to you!

We will use our gray vinyl background for head & shoulder photoshoots, we will also bring our white vinyl background for full length photos. We will use all of our professional lighting, camera, and 4’x 6’ American Flag specially draped to give every person a professional official photo that they will be proud of for years to come.

In order to do this, we will need a space the size of a small garage (for example: section of a hanger, conference room or empty room) with electrical access. Set up takes 30 minutes so your first photo will begin after setup.

For a single individual who needs an official photo, we can only do this IF YOU ORDER 2 DIFFERENT POSES or FIND ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL who needs an official photo, this makes it cost efficient for us for driving and setting up a full studio.

A single individual is welcome to book with us directly but it might be beneficial if your unit books this for you. Your unit will know of an adequate location and will possibly know of other individuals.

IF YOU CANNOT FIND A 2ND INDIVIDUAL please email us your name, email and phone and when we receive our next appointment we can add yourself at the end of it.

For Head & Shoulder Photos you are welcome to change into the top half of your uniform in one of our dressing rooms.

The charge is $60 per person but discounts are given for larger groups. The Head & Shoulders Official Photo includes one pose emailed to you in 5" x 7" and 8" x 10" sizes at 300 dpi.and Full Length Official Photos includes one digital image emailed to you in a 5" x 7" size at 300 dpi. We can provide glossy prints for $7 per 8” x 10”, printing does take a few additional days.

Photos will be sent out within two working days but if you have a specific tight deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Invoices will be emailed on the day of the photo shoot. You can pay by credit card online directly from the invoice you receive or call. Receipts will automatically be generated when the bill is paid. We can send separate invoices for those individuals who choose to pay for the photos separate from a group, please let us know of any special arrangements at the photoshoot.

Military Ceremony Photography

Awards ceremonies recognize significant contributions or acts by an individual. Presentations may include letters, plaques, medals or other means of recognition. These ceremonies allow others to become more aware of the significant past performance by the persons to be honored. This package includes up to 1 hour and half of coverage, full resolution images and a full online gallery.

Session fee covers:
Consultation over the phone to discuss and plan your session details
A 1-1/2 hour session at the designated location.
Arrival of photographer at half-hour before the ceremony
The photographer will walk through the list of events and take pictures of memorabilia, people, setup and location.
Within a few days of the ceremony you will receive a link to a high resolution online gallery that can be shared and downloaded.

Retirement Ceremony Photography

A career of long, faithful, and honorable service is one of the oldest traditions of our military. Service-members continually put their lives on hold to serve their country and while retirement is a well-deserved new chapter, it can also be an anxious time. We are honored to witness and document the celebration of a Soldier’s career and accomplishments as being recognized for all the years of honorable service to our country. It's such an overwhelming honor and sense of pride for men and women who serve our nation.

Session fee covers:

Large Group Squadron Photography

Document Your Unit's Achievements through Group Photography
How often do you get your whole unit together? When you have a large group of award winners, we offer professional group photography services to capture the memory of your group get-together in one big photo. We have photographed groups in size from 10 to 250. Well-done group photos are team building and also give the members of your unit a chance to increase camaraderie. Group photos of your unit, squadron, section or workplace will make your event even more memorable as well as creating a lasting image.

Please provide the following:

Squadron or Group Name
Date, Time & Location where photo is to be taken
How many individuals will be included in the photo?
Would you have access to a lift or tall ladder? For larger groups over 50 this would give a greater perspective and will include all individuals within the photo.
Would you like to take small group photos? You will have me for up to an hour so you are welcome to.
Also, if you can it would be great to have someone assist me in communicating and placing individuals in the right places. This will help speed things up and allows me to get a good photo of the faces of everyone.
And finally, sometime before that date, it would be great to get a cell phone of whoever is conducting the gathering, this will help with communications away from the office. If you have any questions or have any updates just let me know. Thanks!

Tim does great work. He is very professional and patient! We had a rush of around 8 of our members show up at the same time but he took his time to make sure each member was as happy as they could be with their photo. Great job!

Tim's work is spectacular. Excellent work! Tim was prepared for my oily skin. He provided little sheets that removed the oil easily to take away the shine.
He also adjusted the exposure as needed and took multiple pics to choose from. He made me feel that taking my photo, an exceptional photo, was his highest priority during our session. Very patient and professional. Great job Tim!

Tim did a great job with my professional photo. He had hair spray and a mirror available. He also had weights to clip on to your jacket to make it fall nicely for the photo. He took multiple photos and asked which I preferred. The final photo looks great with the color edits he made. Highly recommend!
