We will bring our photo studio to your base, your unit and office. If you are in need of just a few official photos or for your entire unit, book your appointment according to the total number of people and we will bring our entire studio to you! For larger groups you will receive discounted pricing.
We will use our gray vinyl background for head & shoulder photoshoots and we will bring our white vinyl background for full length photos. We will use all of our professional lighting, camera equipment, and a 4’x 6’ American Flag specially draped to give every person a professional official photo that they will be proud of for years to come.
In order to do this, we will need a space the size of a small garage (i.e. conference room, office or break room) with electrical access. We will show up 30 minutes from the scheduled time to set up so your first photo will begin at your scheduled time. If needed I will call you before the appointment for directions.
For a single individual who needs an official photo, we can only do this IF YOU ORDER 2 DIFFERENT POSES or FIND ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL who needs an official photo, this makes it cost efficient for us for driving and setting up a full studio. A single individual is welcome to book with us directly but it might be beneficial if your unit books this for you. Your unit will know of an adequate location and will possibly know of other individuals. If this is not possible let us know, there are options we can discuss.
For Head & Shoulder Photos you are welcome to change into the top half of your uniform in the restroom. We have a makeup kit to make sure your photo is as professional as possible. The lighting is extra bright so be mindful that the lighting will highlight any sweat and oils. In our makeup kit we have blotting paper to help bring the shine down.
The charge is $60 per person but discounts are given for larger groups. We will take a number of photos with different facial poses (serious, half smile and full smile) to offer you choices. The Head & Shoulders Official Photo includes one pose emailed to you in 5" x 7" and 8" x 10" sizes at 300 dpi.and Full Length Official Photos includes one digital image emailed to you in a 5" x 7" size or whatever size you specify at 300 dpi.
If after the photoshoot you see other photos that you would like to buy we offer each of these for half price ($30 each). We can provide glossy prints for $7 per 8” x 10”, printing which does take a few additional days.
Photos will be sent out within two working days but if you have a specific tight deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Group photos of your unit, squadron, section or workplace will make your event even more memorable as well as creating a lasting image.

Your Military Deployment or Homecoming Session is designed around your loved-one's homecoming from deployment or vice versa. Session times vary, due to the nature of the event. Session time covers the entire duration of coverage, from approximately an hour prior to arrival, to about an hour after. Due to the nature of this event, coverage time may vary, as homecoming schedules often change, and cannot be predicted or planned perfectly.
