Call for Pricing!
Your Military Deployment or Homecoming Session is designed around your loved-one's homecoming from deployment or vice versa. Session times vary, due to the nature of the event. Session time covers the entire duration of coverage, from approximately an hour prior to arrival, to about an hour after. Due to the nature of this event, coverage time may vary, as homecoming schedules often change, and cannot be predicted or planned perfectly. Your session fee will cover my presence for your event, regardless of changes in schedule, and fluctuations in time frame.

Session fee covers:
Consultation over the phone to discuss and plan your session details
A 2 hour session at the designated location.
Arrival of photographer at half-hour before the ceremony 
The photographer will walk through the list of events and take pictures of memorabilia, people, setup and location.
Within a few days of the ceremony you will receive a link to a high resolution online gallery that can be shared and downloaded.
Follow up discussion after the event.

Deployment or Homecoming Photography

We will bring our photo studio to your base, your unit and office. If you are in need of just a few official photos or for your entire unit, book your appointment according to the total number of people and we will bring our entire studio to you!  For larger groups you will receive discounted pricing. 

We will use our gray vinyl background for head & shoulder photoshoots, we will also bring our white vinyl background for full length photos. We will use all of our professional lighting, camera equipment, and a 4’x 6’ American Flag specially draped to give every person a professional official photo that they will be proud of for years to come.

In order to do this, we will need a space the size of a small garage (i.e. conference room, office or break room) with electrical access. We will show up 30 minutes from the scheduled time to set up so your first photo will begin at your scheduled time. If needed I will call you before the appointment for directions.

We can take both head & shoulders official photos and full length official photos. Note that due to the different setup of lighting, the flag and background for full length photos we will take all of the head & shoulders photos first and at the end of that session we will do all of the full lengths all at once. 

For Head & Shoulder Photos you are welcome to change into the top half of your uniform in the restroom.  We have a makeup kit to make sure your photo is as professional as possible.  The lighting is extra bright so be mindful that the lighting will highlight any sweat and oils.  In our makeup kit we have blotting paper to help bring the shine down.
  
The charge is $25 per person but discounts are given for larger groups. We will take a number of photos with different facial poses (serious, half smile and full smile) to offer you choices.  The Head & Shoulders Official Photo includes one pose emailed to you in 5" x 7" and 8" x 10" sizes at 300 dpi.and Full Length Official Photos includes one digital image emailed to you in a 5" x 7" size or whatever size you specify at 300 dpi.

If after the photoshoot you see other photos that you would like to buy we offer each of these for half price ($12.50 each).  We can provide glossy prints for $7 per 8” x 10”, printing which does take a few additional days. 

Photos will be sent out within two working days but if you have a specific tight deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. 

PLEASE BE READY TO PAY US ON THE DATE OF THE PHOTO.  Invoices will be emailed on the day of the photo shoot.  You can pay by credit card online directly from the invoice you receive or call.  Receipts will automatically be generated when the bill is paid.  We can send separate invoices for those individuals who choose to pay for the photos separate from a group, please let us know of any special arrangements at the photoshoot. If on the day of the photoshoot additional members join in, we will send you another invoice separately. 

For large group individual official photos we can be onsite earlier than 0830 for setup and begin taking photos.  Please let us know if you would prefer this and we will change the time slot for you after you initially book your appointment.

Engagement Photography

The graphics department is capable of both designing and outputting (in limited quantities) large format prints in a variety of different sizes. We output to a semi-lustre
photo paper suitable for both temporary and permanent display.

Large Format Prints

STARTING AT $150 FOR 1-1/2 HOURS
What an honor and privilege it is to capture memorable events such as these, of the brave men and women and their families, who celebrate their last flight. Their determination, hard work, time apart from family, and sacrificial service should never go unnoticed. So what better than to have this  life changing events photographed to hold on to for generations to come.  This package includes 2 hours of coverage (or more I understand there can be delays), photos of the last flight and family photos. It also includes a full online gallery with high resolution images.

Document Your Unit's Achievements through Group Photography
How often do you get your whole unit together? When you have a large group of award winners, we offer professional group photography services to capture the memory of your group get-together in one big photo.  We have photographed groups in size from 10 to 250.   Well-done group photos are team building and also give the members of your unit a chance to increase camaraderie. Group photos of your unit, squadron, section or workplace will make your event even more memorable as well as creating a lasting image.

Please provide the following:

Squadron or Group Name
Date, Time & Location where photo is to be taken
How many individuals will be included in the photo?
Would you have access to a lift or tall ladder? For larger groups over 50 this would give a greater perspective and will include all individuals within the photo. 
Would you like to take small group photos? You will have me for up to an hour so you are welcome to. 
Also, if you can it would be great to have someone assist me in communicating and placing individuals in the right places.  This will help speed things up and allows me to get a good photo of the faces of everyone. 
And finally, sometime before that date, it would be great to get a cell phone of whoever is conducting the gathering, this will help with communications away from the office.  If you have any questions or have any updates just let me know.  Thanks!

If any other services are needed once you have made your choice of the final photo we are able to edit, add logos and print the photo in a large format.

For a single individual who needs an official photo, we can only do this IF YOU ORDER 2 DIFFERENT POSES or FIND ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL who needs an official photo, this makes it cost efficient for us for driving and setting up a full studio.  A single individual is welcome to book with us directly but it might be beneficial if your unit books this for you.  Your unit will know of an adequate location and will possibly know of other individuals.  If this is not possible let us know, there are options we can discuss.

Photos will be sent out within two working days but if you have a specific tight deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. 

PLEASE BE READY TO PAY US ON THE DATE OF THE PHOTO. We usually will have the invoice ready on site which the credit card can be swiped, tapped paid by yourself or your GPC provider.  If for some reason we are unable to have this ready we will send the invoice out on the same day of the photo shoot.  Receipts will automatically be generated and sent to the person who swiped the credit card.  We can send separate invoices for those individuals who choose to pay for the photos separate from a group, please let us know of any special arrangements at the photoshoot. Before beginning the photoshoot, we request you send us the following information. 
POC Rank/Name, POC Email Address, POC Cell Phone, Base/Unit Name Photoshoot Address, # of Head & Shoulders Photos, #of Full Length Photos, And any special instructions can be included in the comments box

If you would like for us to draft an invoice and pay for this before the photoshoot, please send us all of the names of the individuals getting an official photo and we will forward you an invoice.  If on the day of the photoshoot additional members join in, we will send you another invoice separately. 

WE SERVICE DOD Civilians, Active Duty Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army and any other military organizations or nationals.  If you use any other flag other than the American flag you will need to supply the flag and pole.

This telephone call is to learn more about you and your family, learn who you are, and how you would like to be photographed. Awards ceremonies recognize significant contributions or acts by an individual. Presentations may include letters, plaques, medals or other means of recognition. These ceremonies allow others to become more aware of the significant past performance by the persons to be honored. This package includes up to 1 hour and half of coverage, full resolution images and a full online gallery.

Service-members continually put their lives on hold to serve their country and while retirement is a well-deserved new chapter, it can also be an anxious time. We are honored to witness and document the celebration of a Soldier’s career and accomplishments as being recognized for all the years of honorable service to our country.  It's such an overwhelming honor and sense of pride for men and women who serve our nation.
